Terrific Tummel

The day started in the usual manner for a Tummel trip, with a walk to the get on...

...some playboating...

...and some games of Giants, Wizards and Goblins!

Steady carnage ensued throughout the first half of the trip, with numerous pins and swims in unusual places.

Arriving at S-Bends, Cath and Amy style the first section...

...and Sean decided the second part was too easy, so ran it with his eyes shut!

Chris meanwhile, decided Euan was making it look too easy....and promptly jumped on his boat.

Susie, always wanting to go one-up on Sean, decided to run part of this section backwards...

Next up: the Linn.

Chris made the route look easy in the Crazy, while Paul decided to ignore the guidebook and hit the Rooster Tail.

After contemplating the rapid for a few minutes, Christine runs the rapid without swimming, and is closely followed by Euan who manages a similar feat.

After that, it was just a wee flat water paddle to the get out.

All in all, an awesome day with enough carnage, rain and sun for everyone!

Paul
