Still Sunny and Still Tully!

With the weather still great came the inevitable low water boating options. Saturday saw a group of us head to Grandtully on the Tay, where suprisingly, it was actually quite a good level. Very much a beginner orientated day, it gave the group a chance to work through their 2* skills, and give the rapids at the end a bash, generally to much success!

Ben leading the group in a ludicrous warm up!

The group at the start of the paddle, and Caity taking an unfortunate swim.

Sean tearing it up on Tully's premier playspot...

Christine, Susie and Emma getting to grips with Tully rapids.

Taking the left line round boatbreaker.

It was also the first time Simon's boat had been used since his tragic death in September, with the club donating money to the Anthony Nolan Trust for use of the boat. The plaque is a fitting tribute to Simon Triger, and through keeping the boat, hopefully Simon's memory will forever live on in the club.

Paddy.
